Comfort Care definitely defines their care and customer service. From the moment I walked through their doors I was welcomed with great warmth, patience in answering all my questions, and assured I'd have a pain free experience which was most important to me due to my severe dental fears. The doctor is the absolute best! Very sweet kind, understanding and great at keeping you well numbed during procedure. I am looking forward to my next procedure which is my first time ever looking forward to a dental procedure. Felicia the office manager will give you a breakdown from A-Z regard billing questions. And she's a joy to interact with along with receptionist and the other office staff. The hygienist is awesome! She really educated me on caring for my teeth. Comfort dental is the best! From the front desk to the back office staff they are all friendly efficient and definitely patient care is their core value. There is never a wait to be taken back or start services. They work with your insurance and the patient to ensure money doesn’t keep you from getting your services done.

Recently, in April, 2025, I had a very positive experience at Comfort Dental. Over the many years of dental visits, having apprehension and fear of all dental procedures. I really felt comfortable and relaxed. The thought of a needle injecting fluids into my gums always spiked my blood pressure 20-30 degrees upwards. The slight pinch during the numbing process - which had no discomfort at all - redirected my emotional stimulus toward completing the afternoon of shopping for my family. Dr. Regalado and Dental Assistant Gali performed gallantly and I extend high praise to their professionalism. Thank you so much.
